Katie Thurston is looking red-hot for rose duty.
New images of Thurston’s first night as “The Bachelorette” were published online Friday, with the 30-year-old star sporting a fiery red gown.
Thurston — who made a buzzy entrance on Matt James’ season of “The Bachelor” — is photographed wearing a plunging lace sheath with sparkling embellishments paired with chandelier earrings.
Both Thurston and Young, 28, competed on Season 25 of “The Bachelor” earlier this year, which featured James as the franchise’s first black “Bachelor.” Thurston was eliminated in Week 6, while Young was dumped by James, 29, in the season finale.
Following her February departure from “The Bachelor,” fans rallied behind Thurston and endorsed her as the next “Bachelorette.”
Thurston’s first promo as “The Bachelorette” dropped in late April, with the bank manager dressed in a strapless purple gown designed by franchise favorite Randi Rahm. Thurston is also seen wearing a white T-shirt that reads, “Be a Katie.”
As for who will receive Thurston’s first impression rose, it appears there are 34 potential suitors that could be vying for her affections, all of whom range in age from 25 to 36.
“I’m ready to find love, and not just, like, the temporary kind. I’m talking forever, my husband, and I’m in a place in my life where I feel like I’m the best version of me,” Thurston told “Good Morning America” in March.
She continued, “Honestly, I’ve seen it work before, why can’t it work for me.”
“Bachelorette” alums Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe will serve as the co-hosts of Thurston’s season in lieu of Chris Harrison. The longtime host stepped away from the franchise in February after defending “Bachelor” alum Rachael Kirkconnell’s alleged racist past actions.
Thurston’s season of “The Bachelorette,” which was reportedly filmed in New Mexico, premieres Monday, June 7, on ABC.
